• Our WestJet Groups agents are available to assist your delegates 0700-1730 (MST) Monday-Friday.
• The convention code CC6747 must be quoted at the time of booking.
• The discounted rates are available for travel up to 3 days prior and 3 days after your event.  For travel outside of these dates, we will offer the best available fare at the time of booking.
• Convention code discounts are not applicable to group travel, but for delegates who are travelling as a party of 10 or more on the same flights, WestJet's agents would be happy to provide group fare information.
